The project completed here incorporated digital TV, an audio music system, CCTV, networked communication and an alert system for the spa's treatment rooms. These were extensive projects and we have a lot more work planned here for the future.

Our involvement on this job was working for the contracted marine electronic specialists AK Marine of Dartmouth, installing the navigation equipment, power and lights.

This project was very unusual due to the nature of the trawler and the historic elements that had to be considered when installing the modern electronic equipment, not to mention the great views from atop the mast.

This was particularly challenging due to the distances, variations of height and tidal elements as it involved the transmit of a wireless video signal to the bridge on the ferry.

Access to the roof was also dangerous and we had been told by previous engineers from other companies that the house needed to be scaffolded for access, however South Devon Audio Visual managed to safely fit the satellite at a fraction of the cost."
